Mr. Harris has, for over 10 years, managed toxic tort and complex cases
nationwide, as both lead counsel and national counsel overseeing cases
in multiple jurisdictions.
Mr. Harris
was one of the early innovators in utilizing the power of computers for
litigation and has lectured widely on a variety of subjects, including "Flying
Solo," The Use of Computers for Litigation Support and Management,
Computer Hardware and Software for Small Firms and Sole Practitioners,
and Solo Legal Practice issues, as well as Copyright and Computer Law
issues. He was the organizer and first Chair of the Louisiana
State Bar Association Sole Practitioners and Small Firms Section, and is
currently on its Council. Mr. Harris has also consulted with both large and
small firms regarding their computer needs, and is
the official Technology Consultant for the Louisiana State Bar
Association and directs the Technology Resource Center
of the LSBA.
